Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible, and standard return procedures will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Products that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the actual amount paid will be refunded. Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, including the date of purchase, payment method used, and any relevant transaction IDs. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the process.

In cases where a refund is processed but not received, we may require additional verification steps to ensure the security of the transaction. This may include providing proof of identity or additional payment information. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
